Janelle Clancy - BHSc (Nutr), CPN | Clinical Nutritionist

Janelle has a professional focus on perimenopause and women's midlife health. She supports women with evidence-based nutrition advice and balanced lifestyle guidance that's practical and realistic to their individual needs, symptoms and life context.
Janelle works with women experiencing changing cycles, low energy, mood imbalances, sleep disruption, gut symptoms and challenges with strength and movement. Her approach combines clinical nutrition, women's health education and whole-person care to help women feel more informed, supported and confident in their health.
She's passionate about helping women better understand their bodies and navigate this stage of life with confidence.

Janelle offers initial consultations ($190, 60 to 90 minutes) and follow up consultations ($125, 45 to 60 minutes), with perimenopause packages also available.
Concessions apply for health care card and pension card holders, and some private health insurance rebates may be available.

Kathryn Stevenson | Clinical Nutritionist

Kathryn Stevenson is a Clinical Nutritionist and founder of Nourish Me Nutrition, holding a Bachelor of Health Science in Clinical Nutrition, an Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Medicine, and a Certificate III in Remedial Massage Therapy. A member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS), she has practised since 2018, following an earlier career of over 20 years in the corporate world and five years running her own remedial massage business.
Kathryn takes a personalised, root-cause approach to health, specialising in women's health with a particular interest in perimenopause and post-menopause. She's also passionate about gut health and the microbiome, autoimmune conditions such as Hashimoto's, fibromyalgia and lupus, and fertility support for couples trying to conceive. Her care blends evidence-informed practice with practical, realistic changes that fit into busy, everyday lives, aiming for meaningful, long-term outcomes rather than just symptom relief.

Kathryn offers: a free 15-minute discovery phone chat for new clients, followed by a comprehensive 90-minute initial consultation ($190) that may include food modifications, dietary planning, testing, supplementation, and lifestyle recommendations.
Follow-up options include:A 60-minute long follow-up ($130)
A 45-minute follow-up ($95)
A 30-minute check-in session ($75).

Margaret has always been interested/fascinated in the connection between food and health.
Margaret is a registered nurse with a total of 47 years’ experience in nursing and is able to connect with Individuals who have chronic medical conditions, understanding their medications and sometimes the side effects involved, and offering a natural complimentary supplement for these conditions, alongside their medications. While her ability to help people in the nursing/medical field is now limited, she has revitalised this skill with a natural health emphasis.
She has been an advocate of natural medicine for over 30 years and enjoys learning and reading the latest studies on how to improve brain health and prevention of loss of cognition, as well as other peer reviewed studies. She has a special interest in the health of the over
60s population and takes satisfaction in assisting this demographic with living their best life, physically and mentally. Margaret is married with 2 adult children and enjoys travelling overseas regularly, with her favourite country being Greece. She has lived in San Francisco, New York and London.
Fun fact- she was an international flight attendant for 6 years at one stage and enjoyed meeting new people on flights and in different countries. She also has a love for dogs, of any breed!

Vyvian is a qualified Western Herbal Medicine practitioner who’s passionate about helping people feel more at home in their bodies through simple, nourishing approaches to health.
Her areas of interest include musculoskeletal health, emotional wellbeing, and sustainable weight loss support. She takes a practical, down-to-earth approach, focusing on building habits that are realistic, supportive, and actually stick.
Vyvian is also a big believer in community education. She loves helping people better understand their bodies, their health, and the “why” behind what they’re taking, so they can feel more confident in their choices.
Fun fact: When she’s not in the clinic, Vyvian spends her time crocheting flowers. A slow, mindful practice that reflects her love for nature and the quiet beauty of plants. She also sells crochet flowers that have been infused with flower essences as a gentle keepsake for emotional and energetic wellbeing. -
Vyvian will be consulting from our newly renovated clinic room on Tuesday mornings and Wednesday afternoons from the 15th of April. She looks forward to meeting you and supporting you on your health journey.

Helen Gomez is a Clinical Nutritionist and founder of Vitalis Nutrition Clinic, holding a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional Medicine & Dietetics) from Endeavour College, a Graduate Diploma of Environmental Health from QUT, and ANTA registration. She takes an integrative approach, looking at diet, stress, sleep and daily habits to uncover nutrient deficiencies or excesses, with a focus on gut health, hormone imbalances and stress management. She's especially passionate about fertility, digestive function and vitality, using food as medicine alongside functional testing for sustainable, long-term results.
Originally from Colombia, Helen brings a warm, holistic outlook shaped by her belief that energy and positivity play a real role in health. Outside the clinic, she enjoys dancing and reading, especially natural medicine books

Helen sees clients Thursday evenings and Friday mornings, with additional flexible availability Thursday mornings, taking around 2-3 clients per session. Initial consultations run 60-90 minutes, with 45-minute follow-ups, and a two-person initial consult package is available for $200.

Jess is Store Manager at Vitamin Town, with several years' experience helping people make informed health decisions. She's completing her Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy), graduation just around the corner, and is passionate about blending evidence-based natural medicine with practical advice that fits everyday life.
She has particular interest in metabolic health, integrative oncology, hormones, digestive health and preventative care, and enjoys turning complex health information into clear, achievable strategies so people feel confident in their choices.
Outside work, Jess keeps up with the latest research in nutrition and herbal medicine, studies, and spends time with her family and her American Staffordshire Terrier, Boris.
Jess is committed to a welcoming environment where every customer feels comfortable asking questions and gets honest, knowledgeable advice.
